The Mayfield Dairy is based out of Braselton (and Athens) and you can take tours for free to see how they make and package their milk. There's a visitor's center/gift shop and an ice cream parlor there too, so after our tour we had some Mayfield Dairy ice cream and it was pretty delicious! Brennan and Ayden enjoyed the ice cream and GIANT cow the most :)
