I downloaded several different pumpkin carving stencils from the web and let Brennan pick which one he liked...out of Pablo, an Owl, Thomas and the friendly ghost, he picked the friendly ghost...because he likes that ghosts go "oooOOOOOoooo!" and wiggle their arms. He did that a lot on Halloween day. "I scare you mom...ooooOOOooo! I'm a ghost!"
