last night at 5pm we were in a car accident. we are all okay, but it still sucks. we were driving down 53rd street toward john deere road and there is a frontage road (38th ave.) before you get to jdr. well, a lady in a little red metro pulled out and tried to make it through the intersection because she "didn't see me". we hit her in the back right passenger side of her car. she spun 180 degrees but was still okay.
i talked to her insurance company today, i just hope everything runs well. i've just heard some horror stories about dealing with insurance companies. the guy i talked to seemed nice enough, but you never know.
I'm glad to hear you are all ok. It sucks getting in accidents. Insurance companies usually do try to jerk you around a little, but will eventually smooth out in the end. Where you guys in your new car? Is it totalled?
Well again, glad to hear everyone is ok.

Hey, i'm also glad to hear that you are all alright. How I got into an accident a couple of weeks ago, well, I guess now I'm being blamed for it because I was the end car. It kinda sucks. Well I see you later.

it's looking like they aren't going to pay %100. i'm not happy about it, but there really isn't that much we can do about it.
