i have read, let's see, about seven books by leonard sweet, and i have always liked him, but still found a lot of his writing laborsome and dry. 'out of the question...into the mystery' is a refreshing return for len. the last one of his books that i read and liked this much was 'postmodern pilgrims'. finally, it seems that he is returning to simplistic writing. a lot of the time it feels like len gets caught up in too many anologies, too many word pictures, and too many facts supported by stories. in 'out of the...' he keeps it simple. he talks about Jesus and the relationship we should have with Him. thanks len, for keeping it simple and bringing a focus back to Jesus, the Truth, the Life, the Way.
